It's the holiday season so most of the specialist bFM DJs are taking a break, which means us weirdo graveyarders get to swoop in and claim daytime slots for a change. I did my second ever yesterday, filling in for Darcy & Tim's show from 7-9pm and it was slightly nervewracking to start with (I started playing the Sarolta Zalatnay LP at 45, cringe); as Stinky Jim mentioned when I finished up, it's a bit more "naked" when there's light. I'm gonna try my hand at a few more, 9-12 this Sunday morning and 7-9am next Sunday, or maybe 9-12 again depending how this one pans out. Plus tomorrow, I've decided to fill in Timmy Schumacher's 11-1am slot all the way through to my 1-3 so it's going to be a FOUR-HOUR-LONG extravaganza show. Cripes. Fun radio times.
